The Minister of State for Local Government, Arbjan Mazniku, in the meeting with stakeholders, announced “the agreement on the policy document that will set the basis for drafting the new co-ownership bill.”

Mazniku said that the aim is to increase care for the maintenance of communal spaces and facilities that belong to all of us, to increase the quality and safety of life in the community.
