Asked about the privatization dossier on the former “Partizani” complex, concerning which the former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, are under investigation, Dumani said
that an asset investigation was also conducted for the case.

According to the chief prosecutor of SPAK, for the case in question, all the necessary investigations have been carried out and the relevant evidence have been administered. An asset investigation has been conducted for Berisha. Dumani added that the investigations into the “Partizani” dossier are ongoing.

Asked about the “January 21” case, Dumani said that the decision of the High Court is expected to be transcribed and after that the dossier will be referred to SPAK for investigation. Based on the decision of the High Court, the January 21 case will be investigated by SPAK, paving the way for the registration of the indictment filed by the Nika family, which lost one of its family members in the January 21, 2011 protest.

Also, Dumani was asked by journalists about the incinerators file and the investigations into former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj.
