“Stop the terror inflicted by the thugs of the narco-state on courageous students. Honour to the students on a mission!”, Berisha wrote in a post on social media.

The chairman of the Democratic Party (DP), Sali Berisha, expressed solidarity with students who were subjected to police violence during Tuesday’s protest, strongly condemning the intervention against them.
Berisha described the young people’s resistance as an act of courage and spoke out publicly against police violence towards the protesting students.
