In a social media post, Berisha shared highlights from the meeting, stressing that “the collaboration between our two political parties has now become a firmly established tradition.”

The leader of the Democratic Party thanked Tassinari for the support that Forza Italia has provided to the DP, especially in recent years.

“Confronted with the challenges posed by Europe’s first narco- state, which politically manipulates the judicial system to target the opposition and its leaders, the Democratic Party has done its best to stay true to its founding values and European identity,” said Berisha.

Berisha expressed his gratitude to the deputy for the three resolutions from IDU, CDI, and the European People’s Parties, describing them as a significant challenge for both countries, including Forza Italia, as they serve as international recognition of this drug-dictatorial regime.
