“Secondly, we will reduce the energy price from 18 to 6 lek. We will introduce the lowest rate, and this will benefit businesses as well,” said Berisha.

Berisha added that “the depreciation of the euro is a very big problem.” He also addressed the issue of youth emigration and the shortage of a workforce.

“More than 600,000 young people have left in the last 10 years. The workforce and the job market are critically important. To address this, we will work closely with businesses to provide lifelong training,” said Berisha.

Berisha added that “the state will design all the necessary fiscal incentives for this process.”

“We will introduce a demographic policy aimed at maximizing the birth rate of the third child, covering everything from birth to the age of 23. We will do everything to bring back those who have left, just as you have returned, a true success story, and today you survive in difficult conditions,” said Berisha.
