In his address, Berisha outlined the program’s key points and urged citizens to come together “at this pivotal moment for the country.”

“Today, with the grand vision for Fier and the program for a Great Albania, Albanians are more united than ever in their history. That’s why, over these next eight days, we must turn night into day, speak words of encouragement, and knock on every heart to unite in an epic moment for the nation—a moment that marks a new era,” said Berisha.

Berisha stressed that “the opposition is no longer a minority today. Every Albanian who sees human dignity as a core pillar of freedom and existence supports the opposition.”

Berisha stated that “on May 11, the opposition will restore dignity to your family’s pensioners and to all Albanian families within the first 100 days.”

“In the first 100 days, as an act of respect and a profound obligation toward them—for their contribution to Fier and all of Albania—we will set a minimum living income of 200 euros for every Albanian,” Berisha pledged.

Berisha stated that they will set the minimum pension at 200 euros.
“We will also establish a minimum wage of 500 euros,” he added.
