On Monday, Prime Minister Edi Rama shared views from this maternity hospital, which will open its doors soon.

“Good morning and with the New Maternity Hospital of Berat that opens its doors soon, closing the revitalization of the hospital complex of this city, I wish you a good week ahead,” said Rama.

From a symbol of oblivion for decades, this maternity hospital has become an example of European standards.

The new hospital has a capacity of 50 beds and offers a new standard of service in gynaecology, obstetrics and neonatology.
