“After the analysis one by one and in unity of the evidence administered during the investigation, such as the data obtained from the audio/video interceptions, from the telephone examinations, from the examinations of the computer expertise acts, from the statements of the persons who have knowledge of the crime, it is proven beyond any reasonable doubt that the defendant Dhionisios Alfred Beleri offered the citizen Arsen Rama the monetary sum of 50 euros for every person Arsen would find, who would vote for Beleri as a candidate for Mayor of Himara in the May 14 local elections,” according to SPAK.

“The defendant Dhionisios Alfred Beleri gave the sums of money to Arsen through the other defendant Pandeli Kokaveshi, who was his accomplice in committing this corrupt act and the latter gave the citizen Arsen Rama eight 5,000 Lek banknotes for eight people who would vote in favor of the citizen Dhionisios Alfred Beleri,” same sources say.
