This project will be implemented by the company ALB Star, which was awarded the 4.7 million euro contract.

“The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has been informed about the signing of the contract between the Albanian Development Fund and the company Alb Star, which anticipates that the works will be completed by October 2, 2025,” said Beci.

Mayor Beci stated that “this intervention is in follow-up to a series of significant investments in Shkodra, where work has begun on the city entrance, an investment of 11 million euros for the segment from Harku i Bërdicës to the Bahçallëk Bridge, as well as the transformation of Zdrale.”
