The change of taxation system several times a year, according to Basha, is an indicator of economic stagnation. The head of opposition outlined the plan of the Democratic Party that will revoke fiscalization because, according to him, is a corrupt affair and as such will be investigated.

He also said that the 0.5% of annual turnover for local taxes and tariffs, as well as fiscal stamps at the entrance of the business are two guarantees of the next government that will relieve small and medium-sized business from fiscal burden.

Basha also said that the new fiscal package which includes 9% income tax rate, reduction of social insurance contributions to 18% and the scrapping of Rama tax on fuel, will be the most competitive in the region.
