The total value of the consumer loan portfolio at the end of April was worth 70.4 billion ALL, with an annual increase of 6.9%, from 7.5% the annual increase was at the end of 2022.

According to the BoA, in the main segment of credit for individuals, the one that finances the purchase of housing, the growth continues even in the first part of this year.

The figures show that for the first four months of the year, the banking sector disbursed a total of 15.4 billion in fresh loans for housing purchases.

Compared to the same period a year ago, this indicator increased by 7.2%.
