Deputy Prime Minister Balluku said that this is an important axis, which extends to the districts of Berat and Gjirokastra, delivering a direct impact on the economic and touristic development of the area.

Balluku emphasized that this road is over 58 kilometers long divided into 3 lots. She added that the road will be 7.5 meters wide.

Balluku underlined that this will be a very important road for agricultural and tourism development.

The Berat-Ballaban road passes through Berat, Skrapar, Përmet and Tepelena, impacting 3 important regions for agricultural and tourist development, Balluku added.

While Minister Kumbaro stated that the works are well underway, connecting Këlcyra, Përmet, Memaliaj and Tepelena with Berat in order to deliver a direct impact on the economic and touristic development of the area.
