They are among the unsung professionals who have long contributed to building the country’s modern infrastructure.

Many of the country’s highways, bridges, and road networks that today facilitate travel for thousands of citizens also carry their mark.

During her meeting with them, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, commended their dedication and years of service, calling them a shining example for future generations of road and infrastructure professionals.

Balluku emphasized that human resources are the most valuable asset of any institution, and that people like Denis and Nikollaqi deserve everyone’s respect and gratitude for their tireless work.

She described them as inspiring examples for every young person who chooses to build a career with dedication and professionalism.

“Constructing a nation’s infrastructure brings immense satisfaction. To walk past and recognize it as your own work, recalling the challenges you faced to accomplish it,” Balluku told the two ARRSH specialists.
