Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, together with General Director of the Road Transport Service, Blendi Gonxhe, visited this city where they announced that this plan is focused on development of all service capacities in every city of Albania.
According to minister Balluku, improvement of service quality in road transport has been a challenge.

“This is an important directorate because it handles over 120 thousand requests per year. For more than two years now we are implementing a plan for capacity development to improve the services, which consists in upgrading of buildings where the services are provided,” Balluku said.
