According to Balla, unauthorized possession of weapons is a sign of arrogance and a potential root cause of serious crimes.

“Illegal possession of arms is always an act of defiance against law and open arrogance towards our society. Illegal possession of arms is also a potential root cause of serious crimes against the person,” Balla emphasizes.

“Therefore, the State Police have launched a crackdown on this phenomenon since yesterday morning through the national operation “Rule of Law,” Minister of Interior says.

As part of the “Rule of Law” operation, 25 people were arrested yesterday, while the operation is ongoing.
