The project is devised to encourage young female entrepreneurs operating in Albania’s various creative sectors, with special focus being placed on harnessing creative potential to overcome various challenges.

On the fourth year of the project being implemented by Destil Creative Hub, a group of 25 talented girls and women were included in the Dream builder program, while 10 participants were involved in the “100 million pupils” project, with every participant tabling a unique business idea.

Women and girls have attended intensive training, workshops and study visits to learn from the successes of prominent women in the Albanian creative industry. The essence of AWE 2023 is about creating tangible products and representatives of Destil Creative Hub voiced optimism about progress of the girls participating in the project.
