They also discussed on weeks in the Automotive Fair Albania to get the adrenalin going, advising on multidisciplinary programs and festivals and bringing foreign clubs closer to our Auto and Moto Sport Associations, especially the internationalization of the Albanian ambition for an increasingly rich calendar with events, trophies, champions and spectacle for fans.

“The first Albanian circuit will have a runway of about 5 km and extend over an area of ​​over 500 thousand m2 in the city of Elbasan, according to the standards of FIA, FIM and CIK. According to Gonxhe, the investment also includes the new complex of the General Directorate of Road Transport Service Elbasan with the new Technical Control Center (testing), dedicated to road transport services.

Speaking about Formula 1 in Albania, Gonxhe said that dreams cannot come true if we don’t have ultimate goals.

The project will be funded by Directorate of Road Transport Service and Ministry of Infrastructure funds in cooperation with the municipality of Elbasan and with the support of the Albanian government.
