Work is progressing rapidly and the export of products is increasing. Minister of Economy during a conversation with the administrator of the company Aneta Arapi and its employees showed that despite the delay this year, due to weather conditions, the market demand is growing, with about 9000 tons of products exported so far.

It all started out as a simple collection warehouse and thanks to the commitment and financial support of the government and funds from the EU’s IPARD II program, today “Elian export” has managed to have a modern structure up to the standards and exports fresh agricultural products in European markets, on the basis of pre-determined contracts.

The new collection point, “Elian Export”, encompassing an area of 1540 m2, with a volume of 9200 m3 includes the collection, selection, calibration, packaging and trade of fresh fruits and vegetables for export. /j.p/sm/
