According to the media, Judge Blerina Muça decided in the Advisory Chamber that the DP has the right to challenge Zhukri’s decision on appeal.

“On 22.04.2022, Judge Mrs. Blerina Muça, regarding the request filed by the Democratic Party of Albania represented by Mr. Enkelejd Alibeaj, with object: Reversal of Decision no. 1346/222 Act, No. 3, dated 25.03.2022 of the Tirana Judicial District Court delivered by Judge Agron Zhukri, through decision to drop the judgement or sent it back for review to the same court but with another trial panel, decided in the deliberation room to accept the appeal of the Democratic Party of Albania, represented by its Vice Head Mr. Enkelejd Alibeaj, against Decision no. 3, dated 25.03.2022 of the Tirana Judicial District Court. This decision cannot be appealed against,” reads the decision of the Court.

It is now up to the Court of Appeals to decide whether to drop the judgement, or send it back for review to the Tirana Court, but with another trial panel.
