The Minister of Justice will also negotiate with G37 Chambers on drafting the methodology for the evaluation and continuous follow-up of the implementation of these recommendations.

The negotiations process will seek to identify and analyze the current situation in the main areas related to the fight against organized crime and corruption, the independence and accountability of prosecutors, also guaranteeing the basic rights and freedoms of citizens within the framework of priority recommendations.

The process will also take stock of the current situation of the criminal policy pursued to date, with particular focus on the fight against organized crime and corruption, as well as recommendations for future criminal policies.
