According to the GDT, residents and non-residents in the Republic of Albania, must fill in and submit DIVA 2020, who during 2020 have earned income, from all sources, in Albania and abroad worth 2,000,000 (two million) ALL and more.

The self-employed category and individuals employed in an entity (natural or legal person) will be exempted from the Annual Personal Income Tax Declaration (DIVA).

Annual Personal Income Tax Declaration, in addition to being a legal obligation is also an added guarantee to the justification of private property. //a.i/
