TIRANA, Nov  14  /ATA/ At Gur i Bardhë, in Klos, which is in the midst of the breathtaking mountain landscape, the agro-tourism point “te Mulliri” has been rebuilt with the support of the IPARD program.

Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Frida Krifca, shared on social media photos from this new agri-tourism guesthouse, writing in the caption below: “Rebuilding the house on the lands of the ancestors was Avni’s call to move to Albania from England, where he emigrated for years”.

“It was not easy to make the decision, but in retrospect after implementing the project, he says he made the right decision”, said the minister.

Krifca said that the guesthouse which has grown into an agri-tourism point, has employed young people from the surrounding area and cooperates with farmers to provide various agricultural products, which are in high demand.

“The staff working at the guesthouse are from the walnuts place Gurabardha, as the locals call it. They have joined forces to see the activity of this entrepreneur grow and serve as a magnet for visitors,” said the minister.

Krifca emphasized that the investment was supported by the IPARD Program and aims precisely to increase the economic power in the village by diversifying the agricultural economy, promoting local production, traditional products and promoting rare nature.

Through these ventures, Klos Municipality invites local and foreign tourists to visit Guri e Bardhë, as an up –and- coming tourist destination that offers magnificent views.

Gur i Bardhë is one of the most beautiful areas, for the water, the colors of nature that are beautifully arranged in the mountainous landscape of Klos.

In the village of Guri i Bardhë there is a place called “Gurrat”, where water is the symbol of this place. Guri i Bardh is part of the 100 tourist villages of Albania and is a destination worth visiting.
