The energy regulator clarified that although the price rate has been endorsed as a procedure it won’t directly affect the company as the latter has yet to commence its gas transmission operations,

The decision on the gas transmission tariff by Albgaz was first approved in 2019 and the tariff hasn’t changed since then.

Albgaz is a state-run company and combined operator for the transmission and distribution of natural gas in Albania, which will also serve the country’s gasification project through the Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP).
