After a series of discussions regarding the approval of the draft act, “On some amendments to the Regulation “On the ethical and professional evaluation of prosecutors”, the High Prosecutorial Council unanimously approved the amendments proposed by the working group and experts invited by the EU4 JUSTICE mission, which are related to the scores of various indicators, evaluation periods, the participation of prosecutors in continuing education programs, their availability to guide candidates for prosecutors, as well as the engagement of prosecutors in inter-institutional activities for the improvement of the justice system or activities related to public relations./k.s/r.e/p.s./
