Deputy Chairman of the High Court Sokol Sadushi attended the proceedings of the General Assembly of this body, focusing on the administrative trial, which took place on May 23-24 at the invitation of the President of the State Council of the Republic of Italy, and at the same time ACA Europe President Franco Frattini.

Also Frattini held a special meeting with Sadushi and exchanged views on Albania’s progress towards the closest and most complete integration of Albania in the EU, one of the conditions of which is the guarantee of an effective and professional judicial system.

Vice President Sadushi also delivered a greeting speech to the General Meeting of ACA-Europe, and expressed gratitude and appreciation for the admission of the High Court of Albania in the ACA-Europe./p.s./
