TIRANA, October 12 /ATA/ – Minister of Defense Ermal Nufi visited the Training Center in Bunavi, Vlora, today. There, he met with students, cadets and new soldiers undergoing military training, as well as with the Center’s leadership and instructors.
During the visit—accompanied by the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Arben Kingji—Minister Nufi commended the Center’s role in the professional training and development of the next generation of the Armed Forces. He emphasized that, beyond military skills, the training aims to instill discipline, character, a sense of responsibility and a spirit of cooperation.
Minister Nufi noted that, in a rapidly changing security environment, Albania requires professional military personnel who are capable and prepared to operate in accordance with NATO standards.
“In a rapidly changing security environment, Albania needs professional military personnel who are capable and well-trained to operate according to NATO standards, to meet new challenges and to contribute responsibly to our shared Euro-Atlantic security,” emphasized Minister Nufi. /p.s./
