TIRANA, Aug 10 /ATA/ The Armed Forces continue to work on the ground to contain wildfire hotspots.
Defence Minister Ermal Nufi on Monday shared footage of operational forces engaged in intensive firefighting efforts.
“Proud of every one of them. With extraordinary dedication and full readiness, they are on the frontline battling fires, standing alongside citizens and affected communities while protecting businesses and the environment,” Nufi said.
The minister said all active fire hotspots remain under close monitoring and that the fires are under control, with no immediate threat to residents or populated areas.
