TIRANA, Aug 3 /ATA/The Competition Authority has upgraded its online complaints platform, allowing citizens and businesses to electronically report suspected violations of competition law.
According to the authority, the new platform enables complaints to be submitted at any time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through the Competition Authority’s official website.
The platform allows users to submit complaints either anonymously or under their own identity, and to attach supporting documents and evidence related to the reported cases.
The authority said each complaint is automatically registered and handled in accordance with the applicable legal procedures
The authority encouraged citizens and businesses to use the platform to help safeguard fair competition and support the proper functioning of the market.
