TIRANA, July 16 /ATA/ Agritourism is emerging as one of the country’s key drivers of economic growth and tourism, generating income, creating jobs and promoting year-round tourism in rural areas.
In a social media post, Rama said the guesthouse works with around 10 local farming families and, through produce from its own farm, serves fresh, locally sourced food to visitors.
According to the prime minister, the guesthouse is also famed for its apiary of around 150 beehives, offering visitors an authentic experience centred on nature, beekeeping and the area’s traditions.
The traditional guesthouse features six family rooms accommodating three to five guests each, a restaurant serving local traditional cuisine, and scenic views of its gardens and the surrounding mountains.
