TIRANA, Feb 10 /ATA/ The Centralized Procurement Operator (CPO) has launched its digital archive as part of a three-year institutional development plan, marking a major step toward modernizing administrative procedures and advancing paperless governance.
The archive is designed to streamline the management of public procurement records, providing electronic storage, organization, and access to years of tender files maintained by the CPO.
A key feature of this project is that the platform was entirely developed by the institution’s own IT experts, without relying on external resources, showcasing the CPO’s internal professional capabilities.
Through this platform, physical tender files will be digitized and managed in a secure, structured electronic archive, ensuring long-term preservation of records, enhancing transparency, and reducing administrative processing times.
The shift to digital archiving reduces paper use and operational costs, while also contributing to improved governance standards and institutional management.
Through this project, the CPO strengthens its role in modernizing public administration and developing digital solutions for managing public procurement processes.
