TIRANA, Feb 4 /ATA/ The National Civil Protection Agency stated that at 19:50 hours this evening, seismic activity was recorded in the Korçë District, with the epicentral area identified between Hoçisht, Bilisht, and Korçë, in accordance with data provided by the Institute of Geosciences.
Based on the available assessments, the maximum recorded seismic magnitude was 4.1 on the Richter scale, with a focal depth estimated between 5 and 15 km.
The National Civil Protection Agency (AKMC) has reported that, as of the latest update, no damage has been identified. The situation remains under continuous monitoring, and any subsequent information will be officially communicated in due course.
