Saranda draws visitors beyond the summer season

TIRANA, Dec 26 /ATA/ – The southernmost Albanian port city of Saranda continues to remain lively beyond the summer months, welcoming large numbers of visitors, particularly on sunny December days.

With the calm atmosphere it offers outside the peak season, the coastal city is attracting both domestic and foreign tourists who prefer quieter holidays closer to nature.

Prime Minister Edi Rama on Friday shared images of the city’s coastline, showing it bustling with visitors.

A number of accommodation facilities and service businesses in Saranda remain open year-round, adapting to the needs of travellers who choose to visit outside the summer season.

Nearby tourist destinations, including Butrint National Park, the Blue Eye spring and surrounding tourist villages, also continue to draw visitors.
