TIRANA, August 1/ATA/ Prime Minister Edi Rama said today that the government is preparing a new regulation for construction sites.
In a direct communication with the people on the Facebook, the head of government said that construction sites cannot become a problem for the community and that measures must be taken so that citizens are not affected by it. Rama said that if the regulation is not implemented, the measures for builders will be drastic.
“The new regulation for construction sites. Whoever builds an apartment building cannot become a problem for the area, but must take all measures so that the residential area is not affected at all. Measures must be taken to properly fence the construction sites; to do the necessary cleaning so that nothing is thrown out onto the street from what is being worked on inside and make the sidewalk crossings with protective shelters. It is a regulation that will be given to builders and the measures for them will be drastic in case they harm the community”, said Rama.
Rama emphasized that in the meantime there are also being carried out controls at the actual construction sites.
