Regarding the technical aspects and capabilities offered by this application, AMP’s Director General Florian Sulejmani spoke about it.
“Given the increase in foreign visitors, especially during the tourist season, this digital platform strengthens public safety while enhancing Albania’s reputation as a hospitable nation that values transparency and upholds European service standards.”
Present at this launching event were high –level representatives from the POA, the Ministry of Interior, and the ICITAP mission.
Outlining the core objectives behind the development of this application, Minister Hoxha highlighted that “through this tool and by enhancing existing platforms, we are sending a strong message across that there is no tolerance for abuse of authority, impunity, or silence in the face of injustice in Albania.”
“In addition to the existing reporting channels, such as the green number 0800 90 90, which has been operational for years, the new application represents an important step toward modernizing complaint handling and strengthening institutional integrity,” Interior Minister added.
