TIRANA, June 17/ATA/ The 2025/26 UEFA Conference League first qualifying round draw took place on Tuesday 17 June.
Three Albanian teams take part in this competition: “Partizani”, “Vllaznia” and “Dinamo”.
The draw fixed the rival team of Albania’s second-best team, “Vllaznia” and “Partizani”, that was ranked in the Final Four of the Albanian Superleague. The red and blue flannel team of “Vllaznia” will play versus Latvia’s “BFC Daugavpils”. The first match is planned to be home, while the return match will be away, in Latvia.
While “Partizani” will play versus Estonia’s “Nomme Kalju”. The first match will be away.
“Dinamo”, the same like “Partizani”, was in the Final Four of Albania’s championship. But, UEFA decided it will begin the competition in the second leg because the challenging team of “Drogheda United” was expelled from the Conference League.
According to fixture, the first matches will be played on July 10, while the return matches on July 17. /a.f/r.e/p.s./
