TIRANA, June 11/ATA/ Parliament Speaker Elisa Spiropali is participating in the “Southeast Europe – Ukraine” summit, which takes place today, June 11, in Odessa.
The summit is attended by presidents, prime ministers and speakers of the Parliament from the countries of Southeastern Europe as well as the highest state authorities of Ukraine.
