TIRANA, February 25/ATA/ Director of the Albanian Investment Development Agency (AIDA) Laura Saro and President of the Independent Industrialists’ and Businessmen’s Association of Turkey (MÜSİAD Albania) Muhammet Işler signed today a Memorandum of Understanding in Tirana.
The purpose of this Memorandum is to promote economic cooperation and improve trade and cultural relations in the business world, through the organization of joint activities.
Turkey is an important partner of Albania in international trade, ranking third in terms of volume, with 8%.
Trade exchanges with Turkey in 2024 reached 101.4 billion lekë.
Albania’s exports to Turkey consists of minerals and metals, aromatic and medicinal plants and fashion products. /Ref/p.s./
