TIRANA, February 2/ATA/ Prime Minister Edi Rama expressed today his confidence that the Socialist Party will win its fourth governance mandate in the upcoming Parliamentary elections of May 11, 2025.
During the speech he delivered at the Socialist National Youth Assembly, Rama said that the Socialist Party is the only one that can fulfill Albania 2030 vision, with our country’s membership in the European Union.
“100 days from today, this party, the common force of Albanians, the Socialist Party of Albania will receive its fourth mandate to elevate the homeland to the high peak of 2030 when Albania will finally be like the whole of Europe. Then, we will hoist our national flag, right in the courtyard of the European family. We will enter through the main gate as equal members of the EU”, Rama said.
That peak was not brought closer by time, Rama emphasized, but by vision, by the team, by the efforts of all these years, in all directions, beginning from restoring Albania’s dignity in the eyes of the world.
“Everyone should be aware that this is not the time to take pot luck by burning the vote for an old party, whose only democratic thing is its nickname, or for some new small parties that the only young thing they have is the age of their owners,” the prime minister said. /a.f/p.s./
