TIRANA, December 22/ATA/ Prime Minister Edi Rama was in Himara today, where, in line with the promise made, we conclude the granting of ownership titles for inherited houses.
“Today, we are here to conclude what we undertook together with Vangjel Tavo, so that within the year all inherited houses will have the property title”, said Rama.
The prime minister emphasized that this process has not been and is not easy at all.
Rama also said that the process will continue providing of Agricultural Land Acquisition Acts, which is another challenge in itself as a result of the problems it has, since Himara area, as well as several other areas of Albania, have had inherited problems as a result even of many overlaps.
The prime minister appreciated that, “The merit goes to Vangjel Tavo”.
“We have done in 6 months more or less what was expected for many years and we have managed to use the past bases to give an extraordinary pace to the process”, Rama added.
The prime minister assured that, “Just as the closing of this process became a reality together with the mayor, we shall close the process with agriculture lands and make it a reality”.
Rama also told the local residents of Himara that with Mayor Vangjel Tavo they solve their problems. “You have found the right person for good deeds, while the other Vangjel, the one of quarrel, you should keep him away”, Rama said. /a.f/p.s./
