TIRANA, Sept 20 /ATA/- 50 young people have joined on Friday the National Programme of Internships at the Agricultural Institutions.
At the meeting held with them, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Anila Denaj discussed their choice to conduct the 3-month internship in the agriculture sector.
“I am glad that together with the Vice Minister Dhimo Kote, Vice Minister Roland Kristo, we welcomed 50 young people from the National Internships Program, 17 of them in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and 33 in the subordinate institutions” said Denja.
Having wished them success, she said, we advised them to make the most of it during this period to gain hands-on experience by applying the theoretical knowledge they have acquired at university.
Denaj added that the 3-month internship known as the work period by the Directorate of Public Administration facilitates the transition from school to the labour market, creating the possibility of employment under a 1-year contract, in case of maximum point assessment and depending on the needs of the host institutions.
