TIRANA, Sept 20 /ATA/ Eight cadets, effectives of engineering battalion have attended for more than a month, the Explosive Ordnance Disposal course, under the guidance of US instructors, representatives from the New Jersey National Guard and under the supervision of EOD expert, Golden West representative.
The Ministry of Defence announced that during this course they acquired theoretical and hands-on knowledge for carrying out tasks for disposal of improvised explosive devices.
The EOD level 3+ course is being conducted for the first time in Armed Forces’ EOD structures and represents the highest level of qualification for EOD operators, MoD stresses, wishing success to effectives and expressing gratitude to the US instructors for their support.
