TIRANA, Aug 21 /ATA/ The US Charge d’Affaires in Tirana, Nancy VanHorn ,met on Wednesday with the EU Ambassador to our country, Silvio Gonzato.
In a post on social media, the U.S. Embassy said the two officials met to reaffirm their shared commitment to expanding economic growth, strengthening the justice sector and supporting Albania’s EU integration.
Our coordinated efforts are essential for success, the post reads.
For his part, ambassador Gonzato said it was a pleasure to meet and discuss our efforts in supporting Albania on its EU integration path. Looking forward to continuing our close cooperation.” EU Ambassador to Albania, Silvio Gonzato said.
