TIRANA, Aug 16 /ATA/ During the period 1 January to 15 August this year, ISUV analyzed 8 353 samples to ensure food safety.
Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Anila Denaj announced on Friday that through continuous analyses and controls, quality and safety of food that reaches the consumer tables, both inside and outside the country, is guaranteed.
“Food safety is a priority and ISUV is on the front line to ensure it,” she stressed.
January-August recorded 411 autocontrols for export, 1,812 official inspections, 6,112 monitorings and 18 proficiency tests .
