TIRANA, July 16 /ATA/ Minister of the Interior Taulant Balla reacted today to the situation of fires in the country.
Balla said that the firefighter teams, supported by the Air Force, are working to put under control a massive fire in Ulez, Mat municipality.
“Meanwhile, the State Police is identifying arsonists in many cases. They have caused great damage to forests and pastures, but have also endangered the lives and homes of the local residents”, underlined Balla.
“We expect the institutions of justice to implement the provisions of the Criminal Code”, the Minister of the Interior emphasized. /r.e/p.s./
