TIRANA, July 2 /ATA/ The Minister of Defense, Niko Peleshi, praised the US lieutenant colonel Adrian Liptrot for his outstanding contribution as the head of the Defense Cooperation Office in Tirana.
In a post on social media, Peleshi shared photos from the ceremony held at the Ministry of Defense, where the charge d’affaires of the United States Embassy in Tirana, David Wisner, was also present.
“Lieutenant Colonel Liptrot’s work and dedication have been invaluable in further increasing the cooperation between the Armed Forces of Albania and the United States, in modernization, training and education,” writes Peleshi.
