TIRANA, June 7/ATA/ A part of the Elbasan-Qafë Thane road is already open for vehicle traffic.
Prime Minister Edi Rama shared today in the social media images from the part open for vehicle traffic of this important road, part of Corridor VIII.
The lot that has been opened for the movement of vehicles makes it easier, while in addition to building of the road, there has also been completed the river protection, since this lot stretches along the Shkumbini River.
This road segment has been designed according to the technical parameters of Category B, while there have also been built the road access points for the local residents of the area that lie along it.
The construction of this road will facilitate the movement of vehicles, cutting the travel time as well as simultaneously increasing road safety parameters./m.m/p.s./
