TIRANA, May 8 /ATA/ The Parliamentary Investigative Commission on the case of TIMS system data has voted after a lengthy discussion the investigative plan. The investigative plan presented by the expert proposed by the Socialist Party, Vjosa Bodo, was passed with the votes of the representatives of the opposition, excluding MP Asllan Dogjani.

According to the investigation plan, Prime Minister Edi Rama and former Minister of Interior, Bledi Çuçi, will not be summoned to testify. There will be no expert examination of the scene, nor will experts be called by the court, as the opposition had proposed.

The list of witnesses includes a number of officials and former officials who will be questioned by the investigative commission. But the commission reserves the right in the future to call other people to testify if necessary.
