TIRANA, May 2 /ATA/ On Thursday, the Assembly approved 4 draft laws that were on the agenda of today’s plenary session.
The Assembly approved with 75 votes in favor the draft law “On the provider of air navigation services “Albcontrol.”
The draft law “On some additions and changes to law no. 107/2014 “On planning and development of the territory”, as amended, was approved with 75 votes in favor.
The Assembly passed with 98 votes in favor the draft law “On the ratification of the Convention on Choice of Court Agreements.”
The Assembly approved with 94 votes in favor Decree no. 295, dated 24.10.2023, “On the return of law no. 77/2023 “On some additions and changes to the law no. 113/2020 “On citizenship”. The Assembly also approved the proposals put forth by the relevant Committee in the report.
The Assembly also voted for the election of Petri Ahmeti as the chairman of the board of the Energy Regulatory Entity
The Assembly also elected with 74 votes in favor Maksim Shuli as a member of the board of the Energy Regulatory Entity.
