TIRANA, April 16/ATA/ The Independent Qualification Commission decided today to dismiss from office Madrid Kullolli, Prosecutor in the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Durrës on problems with wealth.
In a press release, it is reported that this decision was taken by a majority vote of the members of the commission. The decision, explained in writing, was taken by the panel headed by Brunilda Bekteshi, Etleda Çiftja, as the relator, and Lulzim Hamitaj, as a member of the commission. The re-evaluation subject, the Public Commissioner and international observers will be notified of this decision within 30 days.
This decision can be appealed to the Special Appellate College by the subject of re-evaluation or the Public Commissioner within 15 days from the date of notification of the Commission’s decision. The appeal is filed in the Independent Qualification Commission./p.s./
