TIRANA, April 4 /ATA/ The Democratic Party has submitted an amendment to the criminal amnesty bill.
The amendment filed by Enkelejd Alibeaj bars officials convicted and investigated or those facing trial on corruption charges from being subject to this amnesty.
According to this amendment, it is foreseen that all protesters who have been convicted, are under investigation or on trial will be subject to this amnesty.
